The service and food is excellent. This is my go to place for Guyanese fried rice. Definitely 10/10. Great drinks from the bar as well. Very skilled bartender.

ANGIE YOU’RE AWESOME !!!If you're looking for amazing food with even better service....this is THE SPOT .. Angie, the manager, is taking service to a whole new level & our server gave us some great suggestions as well. I've never been acquainted with Trinidad cuisine until Sheriff Street & I can definitely say that bar has been set extremely high after my experience here. GET THE CHA CHI KI CHICKEN....& maybe a mezcal margarita to go with it. You will not regret a single thing you order here!!

A trip from Boston to New York is never complete without a stop for lunch or dinner at Sherri’s Street Restaurant and lounge. The food is always amazing! Especially the calamari and Cha Chi Ki chicken.If you need a night out with good music and food, take a ride down and try it out. Your stomach won’t regret it!!!!!!!

After reading the mixed reviews I was hesitant to try. But really happy I did! The food is amazing, especially the fried shrimp wonton (possibly the best I had in NY). The waitress was friendly, professional and had proper understanding of the menu to make good recommendations. The atmosphere was good, the area was very clean, and the portions were good, I would definitely recommend.

"From the moment we walked in, we were enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The soft lighting and comfortable seating made it perfect for a relaxed evening with friends & families The food was equally impressive; the pepper shrimp fry rice and the house mined chow mein was deliciously prepared , The service was attentive and friendly the owner for the restaurant was also at the present event and was amazingly friendly , and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable space for bday! "

Everytime I visit nyc Sheriff Street Lounge is always on my list to visit and their Christmas selection cocktails did not disappoint. Special shout out to the bartender Khadijah,such a sweetheart. If they still have the coconut shrimp in their menu, do yourself and your tastebuds a favor and order them they were so succulent and flavorful

We went there to celebrate our family Marlene birthday. It was our first time there food was delicious. The service was great.Our girl kadijah was the best she was very kind and pleasant , Will surely be going back there. Drinks was great.
